I am writing today to offer my well-earned commendation to Michael Coretz and Commercial Real Estate Group of Tucson for the very diligent work performed on behalf of Atronix, Inc., a division of Integrate Cable Assembly Holdings, Inc. in our search for our new corporate offices in Tucson, AZ.

Michael worked through many space requirement changes over a period of almost 12 months to locate and show properties available for lease under the terms and conditions required and which met the very specific leasehold space and features requirements put forth by Atronix.  His efforts were always consistent, on point and timely with each and every change put forth as our business and leasehold requirements were rapidly changing due to an increasing rate of business expansion.

Ultimately, this diligence and effort paid off for the benefit of Atronix as we were able to secure space which not only met, but exceeded our leasehold feature requirements, within our budget, while also providing Atronix with a superior location.
